Are you products natural?
Yes. Our products are handcrafted as opposed to mass produced. As our ingredients are organic and natural in origin, there may be seasonal variations which can result in slight changes in colour and consistency between batches.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. We guarantee that all of our products and ingredients have not been tested on animals and contain NO animal products or byproducts.
What preservatives do you use?
Preservation is necessary for products containing water and is there to protect the end user from harmful yeasts, moulds and bacteria. Our products contain no water, therefore, no preservative is used.
What is the expiry date?
Most oil based, natural products last for 6 months. To prolong the expiry date we use vitamin e which is a strong antioxidant and works as a natural preservative. The Lip Love Balms lasts for 12 months.
I’m an influencer. How can I collaborate with you?
We do collaborate with social media influencers. If you are an influencer and feel that you are a good fit with the Lip Love brand, please feel free to send an introduction and a link to your social media accounts to email@example.com.
I would love to stock Lip Love. How do I sign up?
We work with a range of beautiful retailers and are always happy to receive enquiries from potential stockists. If you feel you are a good fit to stock the Lip Love brand, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
What are the charges for shipping and handling?
For all orders within Sweden, shipping is the flat rate of 40 kr. International shipping costs will be determined upon checkout.
What is the return policy?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on dissatisfaction. Each product is made with care and love by a small team here, we hope you understand. We are more than happy to offer a return on a product that is in damaged or defective. If this is the case, please send a detailed email to email@example.com within seven days of delivery and we will take care of the issue right away. Following this seven days, no returns or exchanges will be granted.
